Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is between SomSaaS SMS Technology ("Provider"), Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and the school that registers for the Service ("Subscriber"). It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Plans and pricing
- Monthly — $59 per month, billed each month.
- Yearly — $590 per year, billed annually (two months effectively free).
- Lifetime — $6,999 one-time, for ongoing access subject to this Agreement.
Prices are in US Dollars and exclude any applicable taxes or transaction fees.
2. Billing and renewal
Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. The Lifetime plan is a single payment and does not renew. Subscriber is responsible for keeping payment details current.
3. Refunds
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods after cancellation. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the Service and does not imply a perpetual guarantee beyond Provider's continued operation.
4. Subscriber responsibilities
- Maintain the accuracy of records entered into the platform.
- Obtain any consents required to process student, staff, and parent data.
- Manage user accounts and access within the school responsibly.
5. Provider responsibilities
Provider will make the Service available on a commercially reasonable basis, keep each school's data isolated, and provide support via the contact channels below.
6. Term and termination
This Agreement starts on registration and continues for the chosen plan period. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within a reasonable period. On termination, Subscriber may export its data for a reasonable period before deletion.
7. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, with disputes subject to the courts of Addis Ababa.
8. Acceptance
By checking the acceptance box during registration, Subscriber agrees to this Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.
